The beginning of professional training of Tatiana Kazakova should be counted with her receipt in Academy of Arts of Sankt Petersburg (I. E. Repin Hight School) and training in sculpture workKIOSK of Professor M. A. Kerzin. Professor Michail Kerzin, who already in the beginning of XX century was one of Mark Shagal's teachers, has selected only Kazakova from numerous entrants of the Academy of Arts of 1970. But her name arises in a number of the brilliant artists of Leningrad 70 - 80th years, such as Tyulpanov, A. Belkin, Sima Ostrovsky, Rukhin, Brusovani and Yuri Zharkikh. It would seem, her creativity will be dissolved in rather popular those years "Gazonevsky culture", but once having exposed the "Palivs" in the P. Gaz cultural center and in the cultural center "Nevsky", Tatiana Kazakova loses interest to any creative associations. In the beginning of 80th years Tatiana Kazakova paints with orthodox temples of Estonia and Belarus. Since 80th years Tatiana Kazakova is always in the center of informal youth of Sankt Petersburg, she is the leader and the organizer of its youth movements. For example, in 1987 she participates in the scandalous capture and keeping by "informal" artists of an empty house and in three demonstrations on avenue Nevsky in Sankt Petersburg.
